uarding the doorway is a wild-eyed Punch clown and a traditional cigar store Indian. Entering the store, customers are greeted by one of the friendly staff members and presented with an array of Southwestern style porcelain figures filling the oversized display windows bordering the front of the shop. Although the majority of statuettes are traditional Texas style horses, longhorns, cowboys and cowgirls, the shop includes a full selection of other genre, featuring such Hollywood characters Betty Boop, Marilyn Monroe, Lucille Ball and John Wayne.

Pipe Tobacco Heaven

Displayed along the counter is an array of three dozen glass jars filled with unique blends of bulk pipe tobacco with custom blends available upon request. Historically weighing flour and sugar, an antique baker scale adds a unique character to measuring and blending bulk tobacco. Beyond the display of tobacco are glass cases highlighting a complete selection of pipes, including such premium lines as Savinelli, Peterson and Caminetto.

Opening the humidor is an overwhelming experience with an inventory of over 500,000 cigars from no less than six countries. The story-and-a-half high ceilings are overflowing with selections of almost every blend of premium cigar, and a six-foot stuffed figure of Fidel Castro oversees the inventory. The most prominent displays entering the humidor are the Davidoff "wall" on the left, adjoined by the mountains of Arturo Fuente boxes in most every style of regular production blends.

Tucked away in the back of the humidor are about three dozen private lockers. Most lockers are rented by frequent customers, and others are used to store the "limited production" premium stock, which the shop receives in limited quantities. Limited production cigars may include such brands as Arturo Fuente Between the Lines, Ashton VSG, Davidoff Millennium, Padron 1964 Anniversary and 1926 Series, and the coveted Arturo Fuente Opus X.
